The Whirlcare® Difference

Manufactured using 4.75mm thick sanitary grade acrylic with BIO-LOK. The material is weatherproof and UV-resistant, durable, and colourfast. The antibacterial properties inhibit bacterial growth and improves the hygiene of your hot tub.

30% thicker acrylic coating than typical hot tubs

Whirlcare spas are encased in a CDC-coated or galvanised steel frame which offers long term anti-corrosion protection and can withstand the highest loads.

Strong & stable CDC-coated steel frame

Whirlcare uses a multi-component reaction system based on PU which doesn’t contain plasticizers or solvents. This allows fast, environmentally friendly production of the spas during the automated production line.

Biodegradable PU material instead of GRP

Our exterior panels are made of ALUCOBOND which is renowned for its high thermal and sound insulation properties. It is also rain, salt and snow proof, heat and UV resistant and fully recyclable. Available, in a wide choice of colours and styles.

ALUCOBOND® Cabinets unlike conventional wood cladding

All Whirlcare models are fitted with high-quality pumps that come with a five-year warranty. Whirlcare use a separate energy saving pump for the water circulation and filtration allowing the additional massage pumps to concentrate on providing greater output to the therapy jets. Our Hydro Power pumps are for the most part compatible with others spa brands (retrofit) thanks to the connectors + feet.

Extremely hardwearing and exceptionally strong the Whirlcare thermal cover has an internal aluminium frame which unlike conventional covers makes it strong enough to walk on. This energy saving cover uses the ISOGREEN insulation found throughout the Whirlcare range.
